Annual client satisfaction survey data

To continuously improve our services, and because our client’s opinion is of high value to us, we released an annual customer satisfaction survey to our clients. The feedback received has been overwhelmingly positive, but also highly constructive.

It gave us great food for thought and highlighted:

– where we are strong (partnership, overall quality and relevance of delivered training),

– where we can do better (deeper understanding needs, tailoring content)

– where we should focus more in the future (Managers/coaching, blended programs, 4 Zones for other roles (e.g. Marketing)).
