Junior Project Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Type: Full-time
The PM creates and executes against detailed project plans that support and drive the execution of key design, build and delivery of program elements for each client as directed by the PMO. The PM will also work in close collaboration with the PMO, client lead and other internal/external Clarity Engagement Solution team members to support excellence at each phase of client engagements.
The successful candidate must also be able to travel internationally (2 trips/year, average 3 days) and within Europe (3 trips/year, average 2 days) for largest scale projects.
The PM’s responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
- – Create and manage and communicate project plans, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of actions, deadlines and critical issue, as directed by the PMO
- – Ability to work to tight deadlines and adaptability to change identify and anticipate problems before the customer knows they exist
- – Liaise & Communicate professionally & effectively (written, verbal remote, face to face) with client through the implementation with a clear vision of objectives, achievable, milestones and outcomes
- – Co-ordinate and keep track of key milestones and activities leading up to and through the field rollout of training and coaching programs
- – Liaises closely with the Client lead and clarity team members to ensure the best possible outcome for the client regarding project deliverables
- – Manages all centralized content/document management within Clarity’s repository for each client
- – Adheres to the work processes designed by Clarity for the project lifecycle
- – Liaises with in-house Instructional Designer regarding materials as well as other in- house or outsourced materials support resources (ex. Writers, editors, graphic design, etc.)
- – Assists the Client Lead in any way required in achieving success with each client
- – Manages system implementation of Clarity’s software offerings
- – Supporting and encouraging team members to maximize productivity and the development of skills
Requirements:
- – BA/BS or equivalent 4 year university degree
- – 1-2 years of work experience in project management or customer operations
- – Professional, confident and efficient spoken and written communications with multiple levels of client stakeholder
- – Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- – Attention to detail, good visual eye for content presentation
- – Experience with work flow processes and systems (e.g. ASANA/MS Project)
- – Experience with CMS/ repository tools an advantage (e.g. Dropbox business)
- – Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- – Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a benefit
